The island of Oahu is one of the most popular islands for visitors. The largest area in Oahu is Honolulu and in it the most popular area is Waikiki.
Waikiki is very similar to many cities elsewhere as it has a lot of tall buildings, many roads and highways and a lot of people! On the first day, we were caught in rush hour traffic and while it’s nothing like what we have in Toronto, it was definitely slow.
There are plenty of things to do in Honolulu, visit Pearl Harbour, go Hiking at Diamond Head or the Makapu’u Lighthouse Trail or go snorkel at Hanauma Bay! Whatever you like, there’s something for you to do!
